These terms apply to searchwin.ai and the free AI visibility check ("the check"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The free check

• The check asks ChatGPT a few questions about a business's service and city and shows you its answers. It is free and meant for US local businesses.
• AI answers change from one question, day and person to the next. A result shows what ChatGPT answered at the time of the check. It is not a ranking, a guarantee or advice.
• We do not promise that any business will be named, recommended or placed in ChatGPT or any other AI assistant, during or after any work with us.
• To keep the check free, we limit how many checks one connection can run each day and may refuse or stop checks that look automated or abusive.

Using the site fairly

• Don't use bots or scripts to run checks, and don't try to get around limits or bot protection.
• Don't use the site to break the law or anyone's rights.
• You can check any public business website. The result page is available to anyone with its link, so don't share a link you want to keep private.

The full audit

When you ask for the full audit, we prepare it and email it to you, usually within 48 hours. It is free. It describes what we found and what we would do; any paid work is agreed separately in writing.

Trademarks

ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Gemini and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. SearchWin.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by OpenAI or Google. Business names shown in results belong to their owners.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site and the check are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SearchWin.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on a result, and our total liability related to the free check is limited to the amount you paid for it.
